Matsumoto City's first bistro restaurant where you can enjoy creative oden.

The oden is made using a specially blended broth from the local long-established store Ueda Katsuobushi Shop and pork bones from Shinshu Ginjo Pork, and is carefully simmered for over four hours.Enjoy with our special miso bolognese, truffle sauce, or herb sauce to your liking! In addition to oden, we also have many other bistro menu items! Please feel free to come by yourself!
