This is Matsumoto City's first restaurant where you can enjoy creative bistro-style oden.

Our oden is made with a special broth blended by Ueda Katsuobushi, a long-established local shop, and pork bones from Shinshu Ginjo pork, and is carefully simmered for over four hours.Enjoy our special miso bolognese, truffle sauce, and pesto sauce to your liking! We have plenty of bistro dishes besides oden!! Feel free to come alone or with friends!

We have a selection of wines and sake from Shinshu (Nagano Prefecture).
